*This position includes travel to the NY office and client sites as needed*
As the Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee Audio Visual projects for key strategic clients. Project point of contact, ensuring world class service delivery. This position is responsible for managing the project budgets, schedules, and team, both internally and externally. Duties include overseeing project engineering stages of each project, including rack build, installation and programming. Ability to work closely with a global delivery team, developing strong relationships. Excellent communication skills with all internal divisions of the business as well as our clients.

Additional responsibilities: Assist Business and Sales administration with quoting, vendor management, landing projects in CRM, and managing PO generation.
- Well organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Train on company software including Hubspot, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), ProCore, SharePoint, and MS Teams.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical Ability:
Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, MS Project
Certificates and Licenses: Prince2/PMP qualification or equivalent
