Role: AV Project Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Travel: Travel will be expected between Frankfurt, Berlin & Munich

Salary: Excellent salary, dependent on experience, plus large company benefits

Languages Required: Fluent in German and English is essential

As we further expand our European market, we have created a new position in Germany to service our prestigious customer base.

This position will have a huge impact for Kinly and play a pivotal role in overseeing all commercial facets of our Audio-Visual projects. Acting as the primary liaison for clients your remit will involve directing audio visual Integration, managing project budgets and schedules, fostering external collaboration and supervision of coordination aspects related to project engineering, rack build, installation, commissioning, programming, training, and support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, to our clients’ satisfaction
  • Full responsibility of commercial and contractual obligations of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, staffing and budgets, and provide updates on commercial performance and forecasting
  • Communicate project progress and status, both internally and with the client
  • Oversee project site managers, Installers, Commissioning leads & Programmers
  • Complete final documentation packages (i.e. O & M manuals, Record Information Packs, etc.)
  • Coordinate and forecast invoicing
  • Coordinating functional meetings between all parties involved on projects
  • Facilitate quality assurance requirements as/where necessary
  • Fully manage all elements of Logistical requirements across portfolio of projects
  • Maintain high standard of project delivery principles

Job requirements

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager within the audio visual industry
  • Good technical knowledge of the AV industry
  • Ability to interface well with clients and co-workers
  • Confident presenter and chair of meetings – coordination of AV activities throughout the project life-cycle
  • Confident presenter in a tender situation
  • Fluency in English & German
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at varying levels of value and complexity
  • Well organised, with attention to detail and meticulous planning skills
  • Procore & ServiceNow experience desired but not essential (Training Given)
