Role Summary

*This position includes travel to the NY office and client sites as needed*

As the Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee Audio Visual projects for strategic clients. Project point of contact, ensuring world class service delivery. This position is responsible for managing the project budgets, schedules and team, internally and externally. Duties include overseeing project stages including: post-award project planning, design, design process, project sequencing, project logistics, installation, offsite rack build and programming/configuration process. Ability to work closely with a global delivery team developing strong relationships is required. Excellent communication strategy with internal and external partners.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner in compliance with all service contracts.
  • Take full responsibility of commercial and contractual obligations of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prepare and manage project plans, schedules and budgets providing updates as needed.
  • Communicate project progress and status with all project stakeholders, internal and external, through regular reports and updates.
  • Manage project scheduling and staffing with internal and external partners.
  • Oversee project site managers and installers ensuring projects deliverables are met.
  • Manage completion and delivery of final documentation packages (i.e., O & M manuals, ‘RECORD’ schematics, etc.) are prepared and contract close-out occurs in a timely manner.
  • Liaise between accounts receivable & payable for project invoicing.
  • Forecast invoicing and work effort throughout portfolio.
  • Have a solutions-based mindset understanding that success and failure is in the hands of the project team. A process must be devised for maximum chance of success. This requires passion, adaptability, creativity, and commitment.
  • Travel may be required for this position.

Certificates and Licenses: Prince2/PMP qualification or equivalent.
