Job description

Role: Sales Coordinator

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Hong Kong

We are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to be based in our Hong Kong office.

The position involves a high degree of exposure, working with the global sales team and company executive management day-to-day.


DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

  • Work close with global sales team to prepare pricing and budgetary for any sales opportunities.
  • Contacting with supplier and partners for quotations based on the requirement from global sales team
  • Updating documentation and prepare budgetary accurately and timely based on the cost information received from regional supplier and partners
  • Closely follow up with regional supplier and partners for quotation progress and status
  • Providing updates to global sales team in timely manner
  • Using company tools to process the order once it is confirmed
  • Handling variations when there are any changes from a processed job
  • Working close with UK team to maintain the operation of the customer solution services
  • Providing admin assistance in collation of quotes and track on pricing changes from partners
  • Assist in administration work to maintain office daily operation

SKILLS PROFILE

  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational skill
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Windows: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word
  • Experience working in fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work as part of a global team and on an individual basis
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and proactively
  • Make continuous quality enhancement
