Contract Type: Permanent

Location: New York

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Due to our continual desire to further our capability and expertise in technology, we now have an exciting opportunity for a proven Site Manager to join our collaborative project operations team. This candidate must be passionate about service delivery to our customers with significant on-site experience in construction and commercial project environments.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervising and/or coordinating all project related resources, including Kinly team members, sub-contractors, and external trades.
  • Monitor project costs and progress in cooperation with Project and Program manager(s).
  • Conduct ongoing quality inspections relating to project(s). This includes monitoring site conditions to ensure appropriate delivery of sensitive equipment.
  • Coordinate project and resource schedules to accomplish project milestones according to the project schedule.
  • Ensure safe working conditions and manage safety incidents in accordance with Kinly and specific site policy.
  • Customer engagement and collaboration at all levels.
  • Ability to directly participate to assist on-site team(s).
  • Regular, on-site presence is expected.
  • Maintain and update proper project records including bills of material, asset registers, and drawings (red-lines).
  • Escalate project concerns to operations management team.
  • Maintain and grow knowledge.

Skills Profile

  • Solid experience working in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience is desired in the following areas:
    • Installation of audiovisual equipment including:
      • Projection Screens (conference rooms and auditoriums)
      • LCD Displays
      • Video Walls
    • Low-voltage electrical conductivity including:
      • Cat6/Cat6a structured cabling infrastructure
      • Fiber Optic Cabling
      • Pre-made cabling (HDMI, Ethernet, Fiber, USB, etc.
      • Audio cabling (microphone, speaker)
      • Video/RF coaxial cabling (SDI, RF antennas, etc.)
      • Control cabling (RS-232/485)
  • Installation, termination and configuration of peripheral active and passive devices including:
    • Cameras
    • Antennas
    • Wireless access points
    • Ceiling and wall-mounted speakers
    • Ceiling and table mounted microphones
    • Wall and Floor plates
    • Displays
    • Projectors
    • Video Walls
    • Occupancy sensors,
    • Furniture mounted connectivity (table boxes, lecterns, etc.)

  • Experience with rack installation including rack prestaging, delivery, and on-site field termination.
    • § Compliance with industry standards (AVIXA/BICSI)


  • Desired Safety and Technical Certifications
    • OSHA 30
    • SST
    • AVIXA CTS & CTS-I
