Position SummaryThis Position is Onsite.


This position is responsible for the overall management and supervision of warehouse operations. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position will also implement production productivity quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff and ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and loss.
Shipping and Receiving:
Oversee the receipt, inspection, and processing of incoming shipments.
Coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping.
Schedule and manage transportation logistics for outgoing orders.
Staff Management:
Motivate team's members to achieve goals.

Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Promote a safe and positive work environment.
Warehouse Organization:
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and organization.
Ensure that goods are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
Optimize space utilization within the warehouse.
Quality Control:
Enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of products.
Implement and oversee product inspection and quality assurance processes.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among warehouse staff.
Maintain safety data sheets and documentation.
Cost Control:
Manage and control operational costs within budgetary constraints.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Reporting:
Generate reports on warehouse performance, including productivity, accuracy, and inventory levels.
Provide regular updates to senior management on warehouse operations.

Maintain and update equipment and produxt tracking log

Communication:
Liaise with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to ensure smooth

operations.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to warehouse operations.

Provide timely service to office while minimizing production costs

  • Relevant warehouse, operations, and inventory management experience 
  • People Management Experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office
  • Inventory Control experience a plus
  • Ability to communicate professionally and courteously to clients, customers and partners, both internal and external
  • Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication Skills

  • Associate Degree, High school graduate/GED or equal
  • 3-5 years working in warehouse/inventory management environment experience
  • Proven work experience as a warehouse manager
  • Ability to read, write and speak English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record. 

Education/Experience:

​​Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.​

Language Ability:

​​Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.​

Mathematical Ability:

​​Add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide with 10's and 100's. Perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.​

Reasoning Ability:

​​Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.​

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite
