About The Role

This service will be primarily delivered at the London office, supporting the requirements of the business by providing on-site project management and support for the AV services and systems. The service involves a high degree of exposure, working sometimes with executive management, managing directors and clients, to deliver the AV support services.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project management
  • Project tracking, reporting, analysis
  • Liaison with the other departments to ensure the smooth running of the project logistics
  • Arrange project handover meetings
  • Create and update project plan
  • Project delivery in line with the client’s policy/procedures
  • Schedule install resource
  • Involved in creation of install packs for site engineers
  • Produce consumable requisitions
  • Prepare handover documents
  • Managing weekly and monthly project updates
  • Ownership of projects through to completion
  • Training team (internal and end user)
  • Change Management
  • Creation and management of documents (SOP etc.)
  • Support for introduction of new services
  • Report back on monthly basis to provide updates regarding processes, pipeline etc.
  • Facilitate on-site knowledge with external Kinly team


Unified Communication Support (Supplementary Support)


  • Video/audio conference setup and support. Best efforts should be made to ensure all sites are connected on time and receiving/transmitting good audio/video.
  • Support video/audio conferencing problems. Investigate faults and recommend further actions to rectify.
  • Ensure all multi-media/presentation rooms are maintained in good working order.
  • AV equipment setup and support.
  • Presentation/multi-media meeting room support, including duration support.
  • Assist with support for multi-media broadcasting.
  • Quick response to emergency/ad-hoc requests.
  • Arrange equipment loans and hire to meet client specification.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with global counterparts within the wider Kinly and client event teams and organisation
  • Attend regular meetings with the wider team to discuss service and operations issues in servicing and supporting
