About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying administrative duties and taking responsibility of the on-boarding of vendors and staff, financial, metrics, and reporting. Duties include the following:
  • Invoice processing using inhouse financial platforms which will include setting up of purchase orders and approval of invoices against budgets
  • Ownership of Multimedia Solutions metrics and reporting, including consolidation of existing weekly/monthly reports and analysis of trends to help manage headcount and request additional resources
  • Working with Service Now to develop the reporting and ticketing system
  • Assistance with onboarding and offboarding of vendors within Multimedia Solutions, including an ongoing assessment of relationships and key targets within KY3P platform
  • Management of staff platform accounts and recertifications, including new joiner onboarding
  • Assistance with group communications and social opportunities via communication platforms and in person opportunities
  • Working with Head of Multimedia Solutions to work with clients and delivering communications to them
  • Oversight of the Team’s intranet pages and public communications

  • Proven administrative experience with a world class global organization
  • Clear thinker, curious about operations with the ability to work with data
  • Clear communicator who can turn complex processes into clear outcomes for staff and clients
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and multitasking skills
  • Excellent writing and analytical abilities
  • Strong executive presence; at ease guiding senior members of the firm through the production process
  • High energy, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work in fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Able to operate successfully in a large and complex global corporation while possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset to make things happen
