Role: Program Manager, Integration

Contract Type: Full-time, 12 month rolling contract

Location: Remote, but ideally in New Jersey

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 (dependent on experience), + Benefits Package including 401k and Flex 125 plans

Interview Process: 3-stage (Virtual and Face-to-face)

Exciting new opportunity has arisen for a proven Integration Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all integration projects across the assigned global account.

This role manages a team of project managers, ensuring consistent delivery excellence, overseeing project governance, and maintaining accountability for project performance, financial health, customer satisfaction, and adherence to standards.

The Program Manager also directly manages select projects, while driving continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and alignment with the customer’s global technology roadmap.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide end to end oversight of all AV integration projects across the assigned global account

  • Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting structures

  • Ensure all projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for project related issues, risks, and customer concerns

  • Maintain a global view of project capacity, resource allocation, and delivery readiness

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers supporting the account

  • Conduct regular project reviews, health assessments, and performance evaluations

  • Provide coaching on project planning, risk management, customer communication, and delivery execution

  • Ensure project managers adhere to Kinly methodologies, documentation standards, and financial controls

  • Personally manage select high visibility, complex, or strategic AV integration projects

  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures

  • Coordinate cross functional resources including engineering, IT, cloud services, procurement, and managed services

  • Track project financials, forecasts, and profitability metrics

  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and executive leadership

  • Act as the senior point of contact for project delivery within the assigned account

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams

  • Provide strategic guidance on AV integration initiatives, technology roadmaps, and future planning

  • Works closely with engineering, architecture, software development, and technical leads to ensure timely delivery

  • Coordinate procurement of infrastructure, tools, and materials required for project execution

  • Partner with Sales, Managed Services, and Operations to ensure seamless handoffs and lifecycle continuity

  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly program level reporting to internal and customer leadership

  • Track and report on project portfolio including project health, delivery timelines, financial performance, and customer satisfaction

 

Skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience with A/V systems

  • Proven project or program management experience, preferably in AV integration or related technology fields

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities

  • Expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required

  • PMP certification preferred
