📍 Location: San Jose, San Francisco or Oakland, California regions

💰 Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 Base Salary + Commission + Benefits Package including 401k and Flex 125 plans

🏢 Work Arrangement: Territory-Based, Client-Facing Role (Not Remote)

Due to continued growth across North America, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to drive expansion within key enterprise accounts throughout the Bay Area region.

 

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proven consultative sales professional with a strong background in one or more of the following sectors:

  • Audio Visual (AV)

  • Unified Communications (UC)

  • Enterprise Voice

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Cisco Collaboration

  • Workplace Technology

  • Managed Services

  • IT Infrastructure Services

  • Digital Workplace Solutions

 

This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on growing existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, driving managed services adoption, and helping customers maximise the value of their collaboration technology investments.

You will work closely with executive stakeholders, technical teams, solution architects and service delivery teams to expand Kinly's footprint across assigned accounts.

Reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales, North America, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, customer retention and long-term account development.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans for assigned enterprise customers

  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling Kinly's technology, AV, UC, voice and managed services portfolio

  • Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities within existing customer environments

  • Build strong relationships with C-level, executive and senior decision-makers

  • Lead business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients

  • Develop stakeholder maps and account penetration strategies

  • Collaborate with technical, engineering and managed services teams to develop customer solutions

  • Manage contract renewals and expansion opportunities

  • Generate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations and executive-level business cases

  • Work closely with vendor partners including Microsoft, Cisco and other strategic technology providers

  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue and profitability targets

  • Maintain customer activity, opportunities and forecasting within CRM systems

 

Essential Experience

Applicants must have proven sales experience in at least one of the following sectors:

What We're Looking For

  • Proven enterprise B2B technology sales experience

  • Proven record of delivering growth within strategic accounts

  • Strong understanding of managed services and recurring revenue models

  • Experience engaging executive and C-suite stakeholders

  • Demonstrated success winning business in highly competitive markets

  • Excellent presentation, proposal and commercial negotiation skills

  • Ability to develop long-term client relationships and trusted advisor status

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability

  • Willingness to travel throughout the Bay Area and wider territory as required
