Kinly is a unified global leader in collaboration, systems integration, and managed services. We focus on transforming workspaces, simplifying complexity, and empowering people.

Due to our recent merger, we are now looking for a proven Finance Integration professional to join our team on a 3-month assignment, to consolidate legacy entities into the Kinly organisational structure and operating model.

This will involve the migration of finance processes, systems, controls and reporting activities from legacy entities onto Kinly platforms, alongside the orderly wind-down of legacy processes and systems.

We are seeking an experienced finance integration professional to lead the key transition activities during a critical period and you will assume ownership of responsibilities currently held by departing finance personnel, ensure effective knowledge transfer, maintain business continuity, and support the successful delivery of integration objectives across multiple international entities.

This is a highly visible role requiring a hands-on, self-sufficient individual who can quickly understand complex processes, engage key stakeholders, and drive transformation activities with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Transition and Integration

  • Lead finance transition activities associated with the integration of legacy entities into Kinly's finance organisation

  • Ownership of legacy finance systems, processes and reporting activities

  • Manage transition and wind-down of activities currently operating within the legacy ERP system (IFS)

  • Support the migration of finance activities, controls, and reporting processes onto Kinly systems and operating procedures

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify processes during the transition period

Entity Management

  • Support the successful completion of the UK entity transition

  • Maintain oversight of Irish finance operations until transition and lead finance migration activities during Q3 2026

  • Support the APAC Finance Director with planning and execution activities relating to the transition of the Indian entity

  • Ensure continuity of financial operations throughout all transition phases

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with US-based teams to access system knowledge and technical support relating to IFS

  • Coordinate activities across finance, operations and business leadership teams to ensure successful delivery of integration objectives

  • Escalate risks, issues and dependencies proactively to the Group Financial Controller

Governance and Improvement

  • Document critical finance processes and controls to support knowledge retention and operational continuity

  • Monitor transition progress and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders

  • Identify and mitigate operational, financial and system risks arising during the integration process

  • Support broader post-merger integration and transformation initiatives as required

Key Deliverables

  • The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Complete knowledge transfer from departing finance personnel

  • Ensure continuity of finance operations across legacy entities

  • Deliver the successful transition of the UK entity into Kinly's operating structure

  • Prepare and execute the Irish entity transition during Q3 2026

  • Support planning and readiness activities for the Indian entity transition

  • Document key finance processes, controls and responsibilities

Skills and experience:

Essential:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

  • Proven experience operating within interim, contract or transformation-focused finance roles

  • Strong technical accounting and financial control background

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and rapidly acquire knowledge in complex environments

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling, analysis, pivot tables and data interpretation

  • Experience working with multiple ERP systems

Desirable

  • Previous integration or post-acquisition experience.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or IFS.

  • Experience supporting legal entity consolidations, wind-downs or carve-outs
