Kinly is a unified global leader in collaboration, systems integration, and managed services. We focus on transforming workspaces, simplifying complexity, and empowering people.
We have a portfolio of blue chip clients and the current opportunity we have available is working on one of our most prestigious customers, working in a dynamic team, supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of corporate virtual webcasts, webinars and live-streamed events delivered through enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams Town Hall, Teams Meetings and other approved streaming technologies.
The successful candidate will act as a streaming technician and webcast producer, managing virtual event workflows, supporting remote presenters, monitoring live broadcasts and helping to ensure a seamless experience for colleagues and audiences across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in digital event production, enterprise communications and live streaming technologies within a global financial institution.
This is not a traditional production or camera operator role. The focus is on virtual corporate events, remote audio/video feeds, presenter support, live platform operation, event monitoring and technical issue management.
Key responsibilities:
Streaming Operations & Technical Support
Configure and manage webcast settings including permissions, attendee access and production controls
Monitor audio, video and network quality during live broadcasts
Perform technical checks prior to events to identify and mitigate risks
Troubleshoot common presenter and attendee issues in real time
Support platform upgrades, testing activities and operational improvements
Webcast Production & Event Delivery
Support the end-to-end delivery of virtual webcasts and webinars
Assist with event setup, scheduling and configuration across approved various platforms
Coordinate presenter testing sessions and technical rehearsals
Support presenters, moderators and stakeholders before and during live events
Monitor webcast quality and audience experience throughout live broadcasts
Support event-day production activities for internal and external-facing communications
Stakeholder Support — Key Ask
Act as a key point of contact for presenters, moderators and stakeholders
Set clear expectations with clients on timings, technical requirements, rehearsal needs, platform capabilities and any event-day limitations or risks
Build positive working relationships with Communications teams, business stakeholders, Technology partners and other support teams to ensure joined-up event delivery
Administration, Coordination & Operational Control
Maintain accurate event schedules, booking records and production trackers to support clear visibility of upcoming demand, resource requirements and event status
Update event requests, run sheets, contact lists, technical notes and shared team documentation promptly, ensuring information is complete, consistent and easy for others to follow
Coordinate calendars for rehearsals, presenter checks, live event delivery and post-event follow-ups, helping to ensure the right people, information and preparation are in place ahead of each event
Contribute to a disciplined operational approach by identifying gaps in processes, suggesting improvements and helping to keep team workflows organised, reliable and auditable
Skills and experience:
Strong interest in digital media, streaming and production platforms
Excellent communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills
Calm, professional and confident when troubleshooting live issues
Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage changing priorities
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, collaboration tools and Microsoft Office
Experience with Teams Town Hall, webinars, virtual events or corporate broadcasts
Awareness of streaming, AV equipment, recordings and post-event publishing workflows
Experience maintaining documentation, checklists or standard operating procedures
