Role: AV Event Coordinator

Contract Type: Full-time, Contract until February2028

Location: Hyderabad, India

Salary: INR 15000 - 25000 (dependent on experience), plus company benefits

Interview Process: 2-stage (Virtual and Face-to-face)

Hours: Monday – Friday – 40 hours (8am – 5pm)

Exciting new opportunity has arisen for a proven AV Event coordinator, to join a well-known globally recognised business, to be responsible for the entire scheduling process for all the client’s on campus events and virtual & hybrid events globally.

This role will focus on customer engagement, scheduling, event assignment and day of event support at the local location.

This role will work to constantly improve the user scheduling experience, so the candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and have hands-on experience, scheduling, planning, and delivering high quality events.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Proven experience scheduling & planning events for fortune 500 companies 

  • Background in managing event scheduling process and software

  • Good capability with virtual/hybrid technology (Vbrick webcast, Webex) and in event show calling

  • Solid with video editing software

  • Experience supporting live events in large auditoriums  

  • Project management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results

 

Skills and experience:

  • Thorough understanding related to collaboration tools, computing devices and unified communications products

  • Working knowledge in Install, upgrade, image, and support all company desktops / laptops / MacBook hardware / iOS devices, Printers and AV equipment

  • Strong leadership presence and interpersonal/communication skills (written and oral)

  • Experience managing technical teams

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Established habit of proactive thinking and behaviour and the desire and ability to self-start/learn and apply new technologies

  • Self-motivated/driven and able to work with little supervision or direction
