Kinly is looking for a forward-thinking and commercial Key Account Manager with a strong drive for new sales!

As a Key Account Manager, you will have overall responsibility for building, managing and further developing a defined customer portfolio in line with Kinly's goals, visions and values. You will be the customer's strategic sparring partner and ensure that we deliver value through good solutions, close follow-up and a strong understanding of the customer's needs and business goals.
You will be a key person in the work of identifying new opportunities, driving up-selling and ensuring good interaction between customers and internal professional environments such as sales, projects, operations and service. The role entails responsibility for both commercial results and long-term relationship building, and you will collaborate closely with colleagues across functions and locations.
We are looking for someone who is business-oriented, structured and trust-building, and who is able to build strong relationships at all levels with the customer. You are motivated by creating results through insight, collaboration and proactive follow-up - and want real influence in how we further develop our most important customer relationships in the future.
Responsibilities and tasks
Drive outreach sales and active marketing towards new customers and segments
Identify, qualify and develop new sales opportunities and leads in line with Kinly's growth strategy
Build and establish long-term relationships with new customers and decision-makers
Manage and further develop relationships with our key customers to ensure high customer satisfaction, loyalty and long-term profitability
Identify new needs and commercial opportunities in the customer portfolio, and work purposefully with additional sales and growth
Be responsible for revenue, gross profit and performance development in your own customer portfolio
Develop and implement strategic customer plans that strengthen collaboration and create value for the customer
Ensure close and proactive customer follow-up throughout the entire customer journey
Collaborate closely with internal professional communities to deliver comprehensive and competitive solutions
Ensure structured follow-up of pipeline, activities and agreements in the CRM system
Qualifications
Relevant higher education in economics, sales, marketing or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Key Account Manager or equivalent in sales/marketing
Experience with using CRM systems and structured follow-up of customer activities
