Role: AV / UC Pre-Sales Consultant – AV/VC/UC **English & Dutch fluency is essential**

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Breda - Kinly operate a hybrid model, allowing for a mix of office/homeworking

Salary: €4.000 – 5.200 per month, plus benefits and Company Car / Car Allowance

As our business and client base continues to develop further, we now have a new opportunity for a proven Pre-Sales Consultant, to work within our talented Consultancy, Design & Innovation (CD&I) team, to acts as the primary technical and consultative advisor during the presales phase.

The role combines solution consultancy, technical design, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness to ensure that customer requirements are translated into scalable, executable, and value-driven AV, UC, and Collaboration solutions.

Operating as a Trusted Advisor, you will guide customers through business, technology, and investment decisions by providing expert advice, solution roadmaps, and high-level designs.

The role works closely with Account Managers, Solution Architects, Sales Operations, Project Engineering, Delivery Teams, manufacturers, and customer stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from customer demand to successful project execution

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that customer requirements are translated into Technically sound, scalable and commercially viable solutions

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to customers throughout the presales lifecycle

  • Understand business objectives, operational challenges, user requirements, and technology strategies

  • Guide customers in making informed technology and investment decisions in developing AV, UC, workplace collaboration, and digital transformation roadmaps

  • Present solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Translate customer requirements into high-level functional, technical, and service designs

  • Develop AV, UC, Collaboration, and Workplace Technology solutions aligned with customer objectives

  • Produce detailed presales deliverables, including: Scope of Work documents, Bills of Materials, Professional Services Calculation, Costed solution designs, Technical specifications and Design schematics and drawings

  • Develop solutions that balance functionality, user experience, sustainability, scalability, and lifecycle considerations

  • Support sales teams in developing winning customer propositions

  • Contribute to RFI, RFQ, RFP, and tender responses

  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Solution Architects, Sales Operations, Engineering, Delivery, and external partners

  • Support the transition from sales opportunity into project delivery

  • Support Solution Architects in maintaining and evolving the product house

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working in a similar position, with deep technical knowledge of AV, UC, and Collaboration solutions

  • Strong consultative and advisory skills

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities

  • Solution-oriented and analytical mindset

  • Experience with D-Tools, Visio, AutoCAD, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications

  • Capable of high-quality solution designs (concepts) and presales deliverables
