Role: Warehouse Associate

Location: Wilmington, MA

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: 8am – 5pm EST

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per annum, plus benefits including: health, vision/dental insurance; disability, vacation, sickness, 401K

The Warehouse Associate position will be responsible for keeping the product flowing between the fabrication floor and warehouse based on site need by dates. This position’s focus with be the timely receiving and prompt movement of material to the correct put away location. This position will also be involved in all other Warehouse activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.  The Warehouse Manager will provide directions and support for day-to-day instruction. This position will work cross-functionally between departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. This position should have experience and in-depth knowledge of inventory management, great organizational skills, and warehouse experience. No authority or decision-making capabilities with this position. No leadership or supervisory responsibilities with this position.

 

This position will work with internal departments regarding concerns and ensure resolution of any problems. This position requires regular planning and teamwork to assist with the coordination of product moves.  This position must regularly communicate answers to questions and respond to inquiries both email and voice.  This position handles and is expected to protect all internal and external confidential information and must utilize discretion and judgment based on company policies and procedures.

 

  • Perform receiving and material put away daily.

  • Processing of Returns

  • Assist in picking, packing and shipment of Project material shipments.

  • Performs inventory cycle counts.

  • Creates shipping documents.

  • Perform Inventory transactions using ERP system.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • This position requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, UPS world ship system, international shipping procedures is a plus, and packaging, palletizing, and shipping of electronic equipment worldwide.

  • High levels of Professionalism and Integrity

  • High ability to work with peers.

  • Good customer service skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem solving skills.

  • Requires lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

  • Requires extensive sitting, standing, and walking.

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license

  • Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future
