Role: Warehouse Operative
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Ireland – Dublin
Salary: €27,500 - €30,000 (dependent on experience), plus company benefits
Interview Process: 2 stage (Virtual and Face-to-face)

As our business and client base continues to develop further, we now have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to support the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse by ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Installation Engineers, and Administrative Support Team to maintain high standards of organisation, stock control, cleanliness, and health and safety within the warehouse
Book stock in and out using company systems, ensuring accurate inventory records
Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery and collection
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
Deliver goods to project sites or customer locations using company vehicles when required
Liaise with couriers and assist with arranging collections and deliveries
Assist with stock returns and ensure returned items are processed correctly
Support regular stock takes and inventory audits in line with company procedures
Assist with the management of consumables and warehouse supplies
Ensure all warehouse documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Support waste management activities, ensuring materials are recycled and disposed of appropriately
Maintain accurate asset records, including serial numbers and MAC addresses
Assist with device provisioning, configuration, and firmware updates prior to deployment
Skills and experience:
Previous warehouse, logistics, or stores experience preferred
Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock handling procedures
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Basic IT skills, including experience using warehouse management systems, databases, or spreadsheets
Ability to accurately complete paperwork and maintain records
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Flexible and proactive approach to work
Full driving license desirable
Forklift license or other warehouse equipment certifications advantageous but not essential
Physically capable of lifting and moving stock in accordance with manual handling guidelines
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work
