Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid working available)
Salary: Negotiable, plus commission and company benefits

A new and exciting opportunity has now arisen for a proven Audio Visual Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing technology companyto undertake a varied and fast paced role that would be well suited to someone that is looking to further their career in AV/VC/UC Sales within a dynamic and growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a targeted annual sales plan aligned with organizational objectives.
Define and track KPIs, reporting progress quarterly to senior management.
Qualify sales leads and opportunities, converting them into established, high-value clients and/or partners.
Leverage existing industry networks to generate new business opportunities.
Target low-spend clients and new accounts to expand market reach, as directed by the sales management team.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, including end users and partners within assigned portfolio.
Identify and propose upsell opportunities for additional products and services.
Consistently achieve or exceed annual targets and KPIs.
Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales pipelines, including projected revenue and gross profit.
Lead and support tender submissions as required.
Prepare accurate quotations and compelling proposals for both partners and end clients.
Skills and experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to articulate and present value propositions to prospective clients.
Confident in commercial negotiations, with the ability to extract maximum value from opportunities.
Proven and demonstrable success in business development, with proven and measurable results.
Strong qualifying, profiling, and scoping techniques to ensure high-value sales activity.
Ability to plan, facilitate, and execute detailed sales strategies with growth-focused clients.
Experience preparing and delivering impactful proposals and client presentations.
Proven understanding of AV design and build methodologies.
Knowledge of Video Conferencing (VC), Unified Communications (UC), and Managed Services preferred.
Innovative thinker with a self-driven, proactive, and can-do attitude.
Ability to identify the true business value of sales propositions and align them to client needs.
Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset.
