Role: AV Engineer, Managed Onsite Team
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: To £40,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits
Location: Bridgewater, Bristol

Currently we have an exciting role, for a proven AV engineer to join a high profile client site to provide services from full AV/UC room installations to client/end-user meet and greet event support.
As a Kinly AV Engineer within the team you will be expected to support the requirements of the company by providing maintenance support of AV & VC equipment at various customer offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Reactive support and planned preventative actions
Daily room checks undertaken at the start/end of the day
Communicate identified faults in a clear and detailed manner to our helpdesk colleagues
Explain faults to the client in a way they can understand, convey the issue and what will be done to fix the problem within the agreed SLA
Fault finding of audio visual and video conferencing systems to a high level, under pressure
Skills & experience:
Knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Polycom, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google
Ability to operate Videoconference hardware (Microsoft Teams, Webex, Poly, Logi etc) and to troubleshoot any potential issues relating to audio feedback, no video etc
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, UC PCs, Polycom, Logitech, and Crestron Flex VC solutions, Biamp Tesira, Q-SYS, and Extron
Avixa CTS preferred, Microsoft Certification desirabl
Fully IT literate with strong MS Office skills
AV install experience is essential.
Experienced in delivering support services to large corporate customers
Excellent people skills.
Ability to impart knowledge to those less skilled.
Willing to undertake security screening (BPSS & SC)
