Role: AV Installation Preparation Engineer / Coordinator
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Breda – Kinly operates a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a mix of office and home working
Salary: €3.250 - €3.800 per month dependent on experience, plus company benefits

We now have an exciting opportunity for a proven Audio Visual Preparation Coordinator / Engineer to join our highly collaborative team to be responsible for coordinating projects on-site.
You will serve as the linking pin between the engineer, the customer, and the project manager and working alongside the project manager you will draw up project plans for assigned sales projects and align these with the Preparation Engineer.
When necessary, you will also have great exposure in supporting installation activities and contribute to ensuring optimal project results during project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for accurate and efficient project preparation and the progress of installation activities on-site
Help coordinate and ensure high-quality installation and delivery of AV/UC/IT projects
Prepare project plans for assigned sales projects together with the project manager
Align all aspects of project preparation and conducts site visits
Attend meeting before, during, and after project completion—both internally and externally with customers
Independently or collaboratively coordinates (and in complex or critical cases, execute) AV/UC/IT projects
Lead engineer during the installation of large-scale AV/IT systems on-site
Conduct site visits to customers and future project locations
Provides proactive and responsive advice regarding project delivery
Offer technical guidance to engineers and provide constructive feedback during projects
Monitor project progress regarding lead times, budget, quality, & logistical / administrative matters, taking corrective action when needed
Act as point of contact for the customer
Manage project administration, including contribution to visit reports, drawings/floor plans, and other relevant documentation
Monitor and manage installation material usage
Oversees preparation, delivery, and readiness of materials and tools, as well as waste removal
Skills & Experience:
Strong command of Dutch and English, spoken and written is essential
Proven experience working as a technician in the AV/UC/IT sector
Knowledge of complex audiovisual installations, including: Projectors, LED screens, Digital Signage systems, Videowalls, Crosspoints & MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms) solutions
Demonstrable knowledge and experience with internet and network protocols
Demonstrable knowledge of audio and video technical solutions
