Role: AV Operations Manager
Location: Frankfurt, Hessen
Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience), plus company benefits and the opportunity to work on-site at a blue chip global company
Hours: Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)

Now, due to internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a proven operational manager to join us, working on our prestige customer site, within a highly collaborative and talented team.
Working as the Operations Manager, your primary function will be to lead the Audio Visual department and provide a best-in-class AV Service across the Frankfurt site, whilst also being a key person in supporting the overall AV strategic program deliverables.
The position involves a high degree of exposure, working with senior management teams to deliver real time AV production services and will act as the main point of contact between Kinly & the client and the highest point of escalation for the Onsite AV Team.
Key responsibilities:
· Full responsibility for the AV Operation onsite
· Manage the delivery of all Video Conferencing and Audio Visual business
· Client Management – building and maintaining strong collaborative client relationships
· Management of directly employed and contract staff in the efficient delivery of high-level services
· Develop, adopt and deliver departmental best practices
· Continuous Service Improvement – work with Service Delivery Manager to identify, agree and own a progressive program
· Promote and deliver team collaboration whilst maintaining team morale
· Skills Gap Analysis – identify areas required for training and development
· Identify and nurture development of key team members
· Manage all schedules including daily, weekly working schedules, holiday and sickness requests and cover for all absences
· Reporting – Collection and reporting of client related data including overtime recording, time entry and billing charges
· Be instrumental in providing solutions to current issues and show proactivity in identifying future issues
· Recruitment and on-boarding of new staff
· Maintaining a good working relationship with the onsite AV Team, the Client, and any other teams or 3rd parties
· Host/attend regular meetings with Operational Teams and client’s teams to discuss service levels and operational issues
Job requirements
Skills and experience:
· Proven experience working in a similar operational role
· Solid background within the audio visual and video conferencing industry
· Leadership capability, with a history of managing and developing high performing teams
· Strong customer service focus, with a history of managing operations and developing business relationships
· Fluency in German and English is essential, as is the ability to communicate at all levels
