Located: New Jersey or remote (East Coast US-only)
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on level of experience and also location, plus benefits
Contract Type: Permanent & full-time

Due to internal promotion, we now have an opportunity for a proven Audio-visual Project Manager to join our highly collaborative operational team, to be responsible for leading the delivery of complex Audio-Visual (AV) integration projects for high-profile, enterprise clients.
This role owns all commercial, contractual, and operational aspects of assigned projects and serves as the primary client-facing lead throughout the project lifecycle.
Projects will primarily include global AV rollouts, technology upgrades, and large-scale spaces such as auditoriums, executive briefing centers, and mission-critical environments.
This role requires strong leadership, deep AV integration experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects of varying size, scope, and complexity simultaneously.
Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of AV integration projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements
Own full commercial and contractual responsibility for multiple concurrent projects
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong executive-level relationships
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Provide regular financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors, including engineering, installation, commissioning, and programming teams
Oversee site managers, installers, commissioning leads, and programmers to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards
Lead internal and external project meetings and drive accountability across stakeholders
Ensure all project documentation and closeout materials (O&M manuals, as-builts, record drawings, etc.) are completed accurately and delivered on time
Manage project closeout and transition to Yorktel-Kinly Support and Managed Services teams
Manage logistics and supply chain coordination, ensuring Just-In-Time delivery practices
Support quality assurance initiatives in coordination with Yorktel-Kinly QA resources
Travel to customer and project sites as required
Skills and experience:
Proven project management experience, within AV integration, technology, or IT services
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex AV projects for enterprise or high-profile clients
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident presenter and facilitator for client meetings, executive updates, and proposal reviews
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying budgets and complexities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and planning skills
Experience with Procore and/or ServiceNow preferred (training provided)
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
Strong technical understanding of AV systems, workflows, and integration practices
