Role: B2B Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Hybrid, remote Southwest and South - must be willing to travel into the London office on a hybrid basis
Reports to: Global Head of Brand and Strategy
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits
Anticipated Start Date: May 2025 (we are unable to start this role prior to this date)

Your Role
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, responsible for developing, executing and optimising multi-channel campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads. You will work across key social media channels and the website using SEO, CRO, paid search and LinkedIn ads tactics to enhance brand awareness, credibility and trust, with the goal of driving conversions. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape digital marketing strategies, leverage data insights and drive business growth in a fast-paced tech environment.
The essential element of this position will be the planning, executing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
What You’ll Be Doing Overall
Website management:
Manage and optimise the company website, ensuring a seamless user experience and high engagement
Update website content, landing pages and blog posts to align with SEO and marketing goals
Work closely with the web developer, copy writer and graphic designer to implement website updates and enhancements
Ensure lead capture forms and CRM integrations are functioning correctly to support sales and marketing initiatives
Campaign management
Help execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels
Help develop and manage email marketing, social media, PPC and content-driven campaigns
Monitor key campaign performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS and lead conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages and other digital channels to optimise performance
Collaborate with Field Marketing team to ensure campaign-generated leads are effectively nurtured and converted
SEO
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Optimise website content, metadata and site structure to improve search rankings
Monitor SEO performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority
Use SEO tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush for performance analysis
Social media management
Develop and execute a social media content strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels
Manage organic and paid social media activities to drive awareness, engagement and demand
Monitor social media analytics and adjust content strategies based on data insights
Engage with industry discussions and company followers to strengthen brand presence
Google ads
Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
Conduct keyword research and implement bid strategies to maximise ROI
Monitor ad performance metrics, making data-driven optimisations
Work with the graphic designer to develop high-performing ad creatives
Work with the web developer to create high-performing landing pages
Use Google Analytics and Google Ads reports to track and refine PPC strategies
LinkedIn ads
Develop and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns, including sponsored content and lead gen forms.
Leverage LinkedIn’s advanced targeting features to reach high-value audiences
Optimise ad creatives, messaging and budget allocation for maximum performance
Implement retargeting strategies using LinkedIn Matched Audiences.
Track and report on LinkedIn campaign metrics, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
Job requirements
Who you are
Passionate and driven marketing expert with proven commercial experience in a similar role
Proven and demonstrable background with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is essential
A data-driven digital marketer with a passion for SEO, paid search and B2B demand generation
Strong B2B experience, with demonstrable experience executing on lead and demand generation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for maximum impact
Excellent communication skills with a knack for compelling storytelling and brand positioning
Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A creative thinker who is always ahead of digital marketing trends and can bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table
A portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns, content strategies, or digital projects is a plus
Highly proficient in Google ads, Google analytics, LinkedIn campaign manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush
A strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
