Role: New Business Sales & Account Manager

Location: Netherlands, with Benelux as a territory. There will be a requirement to be in Breda when not on client sites

Salary: Strong basic, car/allowance and high OTE, plus company benefits

As we further expand our Benelux region, we have an opportunity for a proven sales professional to join us in this high-Impact sales position; to play a pivotal role in both expanding our client base and driving business growth from existing customers - from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing key accounts, your efforts will directly impact our success and contribute to our overall goals.


Joining the sales team at Kinly as a Sales Key Account Manager offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in the global AV/IT integration industry, engage with diverse enterprise clients, and be at the forefront of technological advancements.


Key responsibilities:

Whilst hunting for new Enterprise business opportunities is critical, you will also work as a Key Account Manager, driving revenue growth across our key corporate accounts. Elements of the role include:

  • Establishing, maintaining and deepening commercial contacts to achieve targets for existing and new key relationships
  • Account management; being responsible for budget and customers
  • Developing business plans for the segment
  • Generating sales leads and opportunities and developing these logos into established, high-yielding Kinly customers and/or partners
  • Selling services to new and existing customers across industry sectors
  • Consistently delivering an on-target performance against assigned quarter/annual targets and KPIs
  • Targeting low-spend customers and new logos to develop opportunities and expand Kinly’s reach within these accounts
  • Be a trusted advisor for customers

Job requirements

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a technology sales role; both new business and account development
  • Experience in setting up and executing on strategic business & go to market plans
  • Large network of partners and potential customers
  • Capability to open doors at a senior level
  • Can switch between standard work and custom solutions and is able to sell the entire portfolio of Kinly
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong in networking and entrepreneurship and creating account plans
