Job description

Working within Kinly’s highly successful and rapidly growing Global Services Division as a Program Manager, you will actively guide and govern project delivery across a portfolio of Kinly’s enterprise clients. Working with Kinly’s Project Managers and PMO Coordinators to govern both Kinly, and ‘partner led’ project teams; you will proactively manage the planning, resourcing, and operational delivery of a global program of work. Collaborating with Global Account Directors and Regional Account Managers, you will jointly own budgeting, cost control and program strategy.


In cooperation with regional Project and Service delivery teams you will be responsible for the ‘firsthand delivery’ of a limited selection of high-profile projects enabling you to stay connected to the systems and processes under your supervision and allowing you to lead global project teams ‘by example’.


Supported by Project Managers and Coordinators you will ensure the accuracy of information in the PMO’s various platforms and systems, enabling clear visibility of our overall pipeline of work in order to support effective resource planning and project allocations, enabling accurate forecasting and reporting.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with account teams to develop and position actionable program implementation plans
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client teams
  • Maintain regular contact with project teams and check / update project statuses
  • Manage resources and ensure timely delivery of all projects under your control
  • Provide direction and supervision to global project managers and their delivery teams
  • Ensure accuracy of weekly resource utilisation, forecasting and repoting data
  • Develop project documentation aligning with PMO process and document controls
  • Ensure the overall financial performance for the program of work under your control
  • Proactively track and resolve project risks and identify and leverage opportunities
  • Work with the International Partner Manager to assess and improve the partner network

Skills Profile

  • In-depth knowledge of program and project management methods and principles
  • Understanding of process design and document control
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
  • Independent critical thinker with excellent collaboration skills
  • A proven history in problem solving
  • Strong situational awareness
  • Strong business writing and presentation skills
  • Well organized with attention to detail and accuracy
  • A team player who can form effective professional relationships
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications including SharePoint, MS Project, MS Teams, Excel etc.
  • AV / UC knowledge preferred but not essential

Nb. There may be times when domestic and international travel may be required.
