Role: Project Coordinator

Location: Breda (we operate a hybrid working policy allowing for a mix of office/home working)

Salary: €2,900 - €3,500 per month dependent on experience, plus company benefits

Hours: 36-40 per week (negotiable)

As our business and client base continues to develop further, we now have an opportunity a project office support administrator to join our highly collaborative team to be responsible for the end to end management of project administration whilst supporting within the Operations and Finance teams.

The position reports to the Operations Director and, via a dotted line, to the Financial Controller (50/50 split).

The Project Administrator’s role is responsible for end‑to‑end management of project administration and plays a supporting role within the Operations and Finance teams. The position reports to the Operations Director and via a dotted line to the Financial Controller (50/50)

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage administrative processes that provide insight into project status

  • Conduct post‑mortem reviews in collaboration with business/project controlling and reports findings to relevant stakeholders

  • Lead the daily PMO Scrum with involved stakeholders

  • Project pre‑start and post‑delivery, including support handovers

  • Support the Project Team in collaboration with the Operations Director (OD) and Manager Projects

  • Ensure complete administrative and financial closure of projects, including invoicing (backup for SLA and other invoicing)

  • Manage and validate project documentation and (signed) delivery forms

  • Develop and implement standardized project management processes, guidelines and procedures

  • Ensure quality, consistency and efficiency in project execution

  • Monitor and collaborate with work preparation, project management and controlling to close these correctly

  • Provide administrative support for the QHSE department and reports environmental KPIs to customers

  • Manage the transfer process of projects to Service & Support, working with Project Managers.

 

Skills and experience:

  • Fluent in Dutch is essential - please only apply if you are fluent in Dutch & English

  • Strong financial acumen

  • MBO+ working and thinking level with proven experience

  • Experience in managing project administration and providing support within a Project Team organisation

  • Experience in delivering projects

  • Experience in project governance and quality control
