Role: Sales Coordinator

Location: Singapore

Salary: Negotiable (Dependent on experience), plus company benefits

Hours: 9am – 6.00pm Monday - Friday

Interview Process: 2-stage

We now have a new opportunity for a sales coordinator to join our collaborative Singapore team in an exciting and varied role, supporting our business with presale activity and project delivery.

The position involves a high degree of exposure, working with the global sales team and the company executive management on a day-to-day basis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with partners and the global service team to support service delivery

  • Collaborate with the global sales team to prepare pricing and budgetary for any sales opportunities

  • Contact suppliers and partners for quotations based on the requirement from the global sales team

  • Update documentation and prepare budgetary information accurately and timely

  • Closely follow up with regional suppliers and partners for quotation progress and status

  • Provide updates to the global sales team in a timely manner

  • Handle variations when there are any changes from a processed job

  • Work close with the UK team to maintain the operation of the customer solution services

  • Provide administration assistance in collation of quotes and track on pricing changes from partners

  • Project Coordination

  • Work closely with local project team to assist logistic and documentation control

  • Follow up hardware procurement status and arrange delivery with suppliers

Job requirements

Skills & experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar coordination role, working with sales & delivery teams

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Windows: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word

  • Experience working in fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented

  • Ability to work as part of a global team and on an individual basis

  • Ability to multitask, work independently and proactively

  • Make continuous quality enhancement
