Role: Sales Operations Executive

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Breda (hybrid, with a mix of home and office working)

Salary: €2,717 – 3,827 (depending on experience) plus company benefits

The Sales Operations Executive position at Kinly presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a global leader in AV/IT integration, working with cutting-edge technology, collaborating with talented teams, making a meaningful impact, and growing both personally and professionally.

The role will allow you to work with diverse teams and clients, gaining invaluable international experience, while you’ll continuously engage with cutting-edge solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.


The role will be working with sales teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to streamline processes, optimize performance, and drive success across our sales function.


Key responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations
  • Optimising CRM systems to analyzing sales data
  • Providing sales support by identifying the customer's needs and what has value to the customer
  • Supporting the Account Managers to qualify leads and create opportunities in the CRM
  • Working collaboratively with account managers, by providing administrative and commercial support in the preparation, release and management of quotations and orders
  • Responsible for the contact with the customer to support them through the entire sales process
  • Regular communication with customers; and being the first point of contact for general questions
  • Drafting, issuing and managing quotations for both individual sales and larger projects
  • Responsible for handing over approved orders to the Project Management department
  • Actively seek involvement in opportunities to provide support in all aspects of the sales process within the sales team
  • Supporting pipeline updates and reporting
  • Actively participate in supplier networking events on a regular basis

Job requirements

Skills and experience:

  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly organised with strong administration skills
  • Comfortable working with individuals at all levels, with confident communication style
  • Interested in developing a successful career within a sales function
