Role: Technical Engineer Rental
Location: Breda 4817 ZL, North Brabant
Contract Type: Full time; 12 months with possible renewal
Working hours: 40 hours with flexible start/finish times
Salary: € 2.979 – €3,400 (depending on experience), tools and opportunity to work for a large company, with extensive training in audiovisual technology

Currently we are looking for Audiovisual technicians who can install and operate equipment like audio mixers, video switchers, lighting, cameras etc, with the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare the (digital) rental project by preparing the goods, preparing them for use, maintaining them if necessary, collecting them, delivering them and returning them (as well as the removal of residual materials)
· Install, operate and disassemble the rental equipment on site.
· Install and operate audiovisual installations, of whicj projection, camera technology, audio installations and lighting technology are a part.
· Take care of the establishment and testing of networks and security
· Perform all administrative elements associated with the work, such as registering material use and time registration
· Assist with or independently realize (digital) audiovisual rental projects
· Provide proper instructions to users of the equipment
· Trace where the (ICT) issue is in the event of an escalation and solve this or call in a specialist (remote) if necessary
· In the absence of a Project Leader, you can be appointed as the location manager on location. Then the following applies: - As a location manager, you are ultimately responsible for the project on location; - You manage other Technical Engineers Rental from your department as well as the hired freelancers; - You are the point of contact for both the client and the project leader before the start, during and after the project;
Job requirements
Skills and experience:
· Relevant MBO education (e.g. MTS, ROC media technology, ICT)
· Driving license B;
· Experience within the AV industry
· Knowledge of audio and video technology as well as ICT solutions
· Knowledge of camera and switching technology, audio mixers, microphone technology, lighting technology, TCP/IP and UDP networks, VPN/wifi connections
· VCA FULL, safety work at height, rigging etc.
· Right professional knowledge
· Good command of the Dutch and English language
