We now have a new and highly creative opportunity available, working on site at a major global organisation in the City, who will be reporting directly into the EMEA Head of Broadcast Media, to be responsible for the development and production of high‑quality video and animation content that communicates the client’s perspectives on global economic and market trends.
Distributed across branded channels and client events, this content includes event opening films, animation, social content and corporate video content designed to inform, engage, and inspire clients and internal audiences.
This role requires strong editorial judgment, creative storytelling capability, and confident stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, global, matrixed environment, working closely with senior leaders, internal partners, and both internal and external creative teams to deliver best‑in‑class content at scale.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a consistent pipeline of high‑quality video and animation content aligned with the Client’s brand, editorial priorities, and content strategy.
Translate complex global market and economic themes into clear, compelling visual narratives across multiple formats and channels.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to innovate how investment and market stories are identified, shaped, and presented.
Lead end‑to‑end production workflows, including concept development, pre‑interviews, storyboarding, filming, post‑production, and final delivery.
Confidently engage with senior stakeholders and on‑camera talent, guiding them through the production process with professionalism and authority.
Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors (including animators, editors, designers, and videographers), ensuring clear briefs, efficient workflows, and delivery under tight deadlines.
Balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Support the development and maintenance of the editorial calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs.
Champion global brand standards and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all video and animation outputs.
Operate independently and collaboratively within a global production team to respond to client requests and evolving priorities.
Oversee production budgets, accurately cost resources, manage client expectations, and ensure timely and accurate billing.
Skills and experience:
Proven experience working as a producer within a high‑performing, global organisation.
Strong technical knowledge of video & animation production tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and sound editing software.
Proven expertise in creative visual storytelling, narrative development, and script writing/editing.
Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated interest in finance, markets, and global economic trends.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into accessible, engaging content.
Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and experienced in managing multiple projects concurrently.
Confident executive presence, with experience advising and guiding senior leaders through the content production process.
Familiarity with corporate event production and event‑driven content creation.
Awareness of emerging trends and tools in video, animation, data visualization, and digital media production.
Experience using or integrating AI technologies into creative or production workflows is beneficial.
Creative, intellectually curious, and solutions‑oriented.
Highly collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across global, matrixed teams.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects end‑to‑end.
Adaptable, resilient, and able to operate with urgency in a deadline‑driven environment (including occasional overtime).
Reliable, accurate, and committed to consistently delivering high‑quality work.
