Role: Customer Service Coördinator

Location: Breda, North Brabant (hybrid allowing for a mix of home/office working)

Salary: €2.700 – €3.800 (depending on experience), plus company benefits

The role will allow you to work with diverse teams and clients, gaining valuable international experience, while staying in constant contact with cutting-edge solutions and staying at the forefront of industry trends.


In this role, you will work closely with the technical staff at the Support Desk, customers, suppliers, service (contract) managers, sales teams and other stakeholders to streamline processes, optimize performance and drive continuous success within our service and support department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Playing a critical role in the efficiency and effectiveness of our service operations
  • Optimising our case management system through quality control and daily updates
  • Checking and safeguarding agreements in our customer agreements
  • Compiling and monitoring quotations, invoices and reports for the customer
  • Responsible as a point of contact with the customer, suppliers, the support desk and other teams within the organization
  • Communicate with customers on a regular basis; both by phone and via the portal
  • Timely escalation of technical and/or complex cases to colleague or team lead

  • You are organized and have strong administrative skills
  • You can easily work with people at all levels and have a confident communication style
