Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits

We now have a brand new created role, working on site at a major global organisation in the City, who will be reporting directly into the Digital Event team lead, being responsible for supporting global live and on-demand events, internal TV productions, and online virtual events through customized webcast and distribution platforms.
This role needs someone who is extremely detailed-oriented and who thrives working in a highly visible, fast paced, and multitasking capacity at the cutting edge of communications and technology.
Key responsibilities:
Create, update, project manage and edit live and on-demand streaming media events
Support webcast from request through delivery, ensuring that requester and in-house team needs are met on time and on budget
Attend meetings with clients and manage live events and webcasts with scheduling, pre-production, production, post-production, and operations
Manage technical aspects, including tests, teleconference coordination, onsite production, etc.
Manage webcast interactivity including chat capabilities, polling, online question manager tool and provides post-webcast metrics
Build successful client relationships
Consistently meet project timelines and deliver flawless webcast events
Keep all project stakeholders informed throughout project life cycle: pre-event, live-event, and post-event
Troubleshoot technical problems before/during/after the event
Quickly solve problems and make quick decisions during the production of live events
Educate clients on Multimedia’s streaming products and services
Work with executive producers to assist with the successful operation of the webcast studio
Skills and experience:
Proven experience working as a webcast producer facilitating custom live, hybrid, and virtual webcasts in a corporate environment
Detail orientated with excellent organisational, planning, management, and communication skills
Excellent client facing/interpersonal skills as you will be interacting directly with clients and account teams
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and navigate through unexpected roadblocks
Solid video / audio editing experience
Adobe Creative cloud including Photoshop experience
Knowledge of basic Audio video / computer technical solutions and troubleshooting techniques
Basic knowledge of HTML
Form creation in Adobe acrobat an advantage
Knowledge of streaming protocols and encoding of audio/video and related tools
Knowledge of digital sound desks
Knowledge of Analogway presentation switchers
