Role: AV Events Coordinator

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Singapore


ROLE SUMMARY

  • Core Responsibilities
  • Provide event administration services, including scheduling, planning, coordination necessary to deliver town halls or other types of audio-visual event in accordance with Client’s procedure.
  • Provide administration of mailbox, telephone, PO and accurate invoicing of services provided.
  • Managed the flow of day-to-day operations of events tasks including emails and telephone communication with regional responsibilities working remotely with other region teams.
  • Analyse user requirements and recommend meeting mode to achieve Event objectives and act as a Single Point of Contact for client
  • Maintain a customer service-oriented attitude and motivate the team performance is of high standard.
  • Knowledge and Experience
  • Good understanding of live event production and video conference technology
  • Diploma or Degree in Audio-Visual Technology or related discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously
  • Minimum 1 year industry experience in fields relating to live event production
  • High command of written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable working effectively in a diverse and fast pace organization.
  • Knowledge in using Service management tools. ServiceNow
