Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Sunbury-upon-Thames or London, UK (hybrid working is available)

As our business and client base continues to develop further, we have a number of enviable AV projects in the pipeline for 2026, and we are looking to recruit a proven AV-specific Project Manager to join our highly collaborative and talented PMO team to oversee all commercial facets of Audio-Visual projects, acting as the primary liaison for clients to guarantee the fulfilment of contractual obligations throughout the project's lifecycle.
Primarily, the Project Manager's remit involves overseeing Integration category projects, encompassing global roll-outs, upgrades, and auditoria projects, being responsible for managing project budgets and schedules, fostering external collaboration with clients and internal coordination with Project & Supplementary teams.
Duties include supervision of coordination aspects related to project engineering, rack build, installation, commissioning, programming, training, and support; facilitating technical coordination at each project milestone and nurture a robust partnership with the designated Project Engineer.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, to our clients’ satisfaction
Responsibility for commercial and contractual obligations of multiple projects simultaneously
Preparing and managing project schedules and budgets
Communicating project progress and status, both internally and with the client
Managing project scheduling and staffing with in-house and sub-contracted labour
Overseeing project site managers, Installers, Commissioning leads & Programmers, ensuring projects schedules are adhered to
Ensuring final documentation packages (i.e. O & M manuals, Record Information Packs, etc.) are prepared and contract close-out occurs
Managing all elements of Logistical requirements across a portfolio of projects, ensuring a “Just-In-Time” delivery methodology is maintained
Skills and experience:
Proven experience working as a Project Manager within the AV industry
Confident presenter and chair of meetings – leading coordination of AV activities throughout the project life-cycle
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at varying levels of value and complexity.
Well organised, with attention to detail and meticulous planning skills.
Procore & ServiceNow experience desired but not essential (Training Given).
Able to create and manage schedules, reports and budgets.
Prince2/PMP qualification or equivalent desirable.
