Locatie: Breda, North Brabant (hybrid allowing for a mix of home/office working)
Salaris: €2.700 – €3.800 per month (depending on experience), plus company benefits

The position of Inside Sales Representative at Kinly offers a challenging opportunity to be part of a global leader in AV/IT integration, work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with talented teams, make a meaningful impact, and grow both personally and professionally.
The role will allow you to work with diverse teams and clients, gaining valuable international experience, while staying in constant contact with cutting-edge solutions and staying at the forefront of industry trends.
In this role, you will work closely with sales teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to streamline processes, optimize performance, and drive success within our sales function.
Key responsibilities:
- Play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations
- Optimise CRM systems for analysing sales data
- Provide sales support by identifying customer needs and customer value
- Support the account managers in qualifying leads and creating opportunities in the CRM
- Collaborate with account managers by providing administrative and commercial support in the preparation, release and management of quotations and orders
- Responsible for the contact with the customer to support them throughout the entire sales process
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis; and be the first point of contact for general questions
- Prepare, issue and manage quotations for both individual sales and larger projects
- Responsible for handing over approved orders to the Project Management department
- Actively seek involvement in opportunities to provide support in all aspects of the sales process within the sales team
- Provide support with pipeline updates and reporting
- Actively participate in supplier networking events on a regular basis
