Position: AV Field Support Service Specialist
Location: Netherlands - across various client sites in the Randstad area (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht) and North Brabant
Salary: Depending on experience – €3,000 to €4,730 per month plus benefits and a vehicle
Hours: 32–40 hours per week

As we continue to grow, we now have an exciting opportunity for an additional Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on AV equipment and installed integration solutions for our high-end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing issues with non-functioning audiovisual and/or video conferencing systems

  • Resolving faults or creating (temporary) workarounds

  • Replacing equipment and initiating the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process

  • Ensuring follow-up actions for issues that cannot be resolved on-site

  • Performing administrative tasks related to the work

  • Conducting functional tests, assessing equipment condition, checking active assets/firmware versions, initiating follow-up steps for identified issues, and ensuring proper reporting

  • Participating in scheduled on-call duties outside regular office hours

Skills and Experience:

  • MBO (technical) working and thinking level, level 3/4

  • VCA VOL certification

  • Practical experience with electronics, video, and audio equipment

  • Basic knowledge of control and computer systems, networks, and video communication systems

  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written

  • Possesses the necessary technical knowledge and keeps it up to date through self-study and mandatory training/certifications/education provided by Kinly

  • Holds a category B driving license
