Role: HR Manager
Location: Breda, North Brabant (Kinly operate a hybrid working environment, allowing for a mix of home/office working

Now, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a proven senior Human Resources professional to join our highly collaborative and talented Netherlands team.
Working as the Human Resources Manager for the Netherlands region, reporting to the Global People Director and with a dotted line into the Managing Director of Netherlands, you will take responsibility for the regional HR function; whilst also being a key member of the Benelux senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic human resources leadership; including owning the 1-3 year HR plan
Forecasting and budgeting in collaboration with finance & the Global People Director
Play an active role and partner with other peer HR leaders in Kinly on all aspects of the global agenda
Review and manage the on-going organizational design
Development and implementation of HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives
Responsible for Policies, Training and Development, Recruitment and employment, advising on employment law and completion of compliance/auditing requirements
Oversee & approve the correct Payroll process, ensuring accuracy of people-related data
Provide the necessary internal communication required in regards to HR updates
Manage Benefits; insurances/pension/ homework/ lease/ phone
Lead on the analysis of employee feedback with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture
Manage the performance management cycle, complex ER cases and advise leadership on critical cases
Coordinate the daily activities of the HR team and take a proactive approach to their personal development
Act as a true commercial business partner to the Netherlands leadership community
Job requirements
Skills and experience:
Proven experience working in a HR Manager, Consultancy or Senior HR Business Partnering position
Highly commercial with a strong capability for driving effectiveness, efficiencies and culture
Solid background in influencing senior management teams
Change management experience
Extensive knowledge of local employment/labor laws and regulations
Excellent English and Dutch language skills in both verbal and writing
Sound knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft tools
Highly collaborative; enjoys working with local and more widely spread teams
Motivation to further develop colleagues with relevant and personalised development plans
