Role: Enterprise Business Development Sales Manager (Audio Visual Technology)

Location: Bangalore or Pune, India (Kinly operate a hybrid working policy allowing for a mix of office and home working)

Salary: Strong basic (dependent on experience), plus excellent commission & company benefits and the opportunity to develop a huge territory

We already have a huge portfolio of global blue-chip clients but importantly we have the potential to really develop the untapped APAC region; and this is where you come in. This is a brand new opportunity at Kinly, and will provide the successful candidate a large target market, where you have autonomy to identify, engage and win new business.

This will be a varied, fast paced India-based role that would be well suited to someone with existing experience selling into Enterprise, who is looking to further their career with a global industry leading AV/VC/UC Company.

 

 Key responsibilities:

·       Identify, target, engage and qualify sales leads and opportunities

·       Nurture leads and develop these targets into brand new Kinly logos

·       Delivering an on target performance against assigned annual targets & KPIs

·       Provide solid business forecasts, based on a strong pipeline of opportunities

·       Target new logos to develop opportunities and expand Kinly’s reach within these accounts

·       Nurture strong relationships with existing clients where we have the opportunity to drive additional services and revenue

·       Lead & assist with tender opportunities

·       Become the subject matter expert for all sales opportunities in the region

Job requirements

Skills and experience:

·       You must have a proven Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, Unified Communications sales background

·       Demonstrable success selling into Enterprise customers

·       Good and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of AV products and services

·       Superb communication skills, with the confidence and capability selling at C-suite level

·       Driven and self-motivated persona

·       Ability to identify real business value of the sales proposition

·       Confident ability in commercial negotiation and being able to extract maximum value from opportunities
