Role: Manager – Sales (Audio Visual)

Location: Bangalore or Pune, India (Kinly operate a hybrid working policy allowing for a mix of office and home working)

Salary: Strong basic (dependent on experience), plus excellent commission & company benefits

 

We have created a new and exciting opportunity for a Manager of Sales to join our fast growing technology company. Kinly is Europe’s leading provider of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions and is undergoing rapid expansion in India and the wider APAC region.

This will be a varied, fast paced India-based role that would be well suited to someone with existing experience that is looking to further their career with a global industry leading AV/VC/UC Company.

 Key responsibilities:

• Qualifying befitting sales leads and opportunities and developing these logos into established, high contributing Kinly clients and/or partners

• Consistently delivering an on target performance against assigned annual targets & KPIs

• Accurately forecasting current month and 3-6 months pipeline of business opportunities including sales revenue and expected GP

• Targeting new logos to develop opportunities and expand Kinly’s reach within these accounts

• Nurturing even stronger relationships and plans with existing clients where needed to expand out partnerships and agreements outside of existing region/s and to multiyear terms

• Recognising and proposing all up-sell opportunities for Kinly products and services where possible

• Lead & assist with tender opportunities as required

• Quotation and proposal generation for both partner and end clients

• Weekly/monthly reporting on forecast and other measured sales activity

Job requirements

Skills and experience:

• Demonstrable sales success in the same or similar position/s

• Proven understanding of AV design & build methodology

• VC, UC & Managed Service knowledge base and sales experience also preferable

• Excellent telephone manner and a can do attitude

• Excellent communication and written skills

• Innovative thinker and self driven

• Ability to identify the real business value of the sales proposition

• Ability to succeed with different personality types

• Excellent profiling techniques and scoping skills

• Confident ability in commercial negotiation

• Ability to extract maximum value from opportunities.

• Ability to plan, facilitate and execute detailed sales plan with growth targeted clients
