Role: Purchase & Asset Data Administrator

Location: Breda (Kinly operate hybrid working allowing a mix of home/office working

Salary: €2.700 – 3.800 (depending on experience), plus company benefits

At Kinly Benelux, we have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to work within the dynamic purchasing team.

In this role, you will have 2 main areas of focus:

  • Responsible for the follow-up of requested and communicated delivery times from suppliers and the administrative monitoring of these in the ERP system. In addition, other administrative tasks fall under this function such as processing invoice differences, price lists, reports.
  • Maintaining the correct data in Kinly's ERP system

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and communicate any changes in delivery schedules
  • Coordinate activities between the project leader and planning team
  • Check received purchase invoices, and processing via finance
  • Manage any discrepancies between received invoices and the relevant orders as they appear in SAP
  • Be the main contact between Kinly and suppliers
  • Work with the purchasing team to assess price deviations and unforeseen costs charged by suppliers
  • Responsible for the timely and efficient processing of new materials in our ERP system (SAP)
  • Responsible for keeping all relevant data related to the materials in our ERP system up-to-date
  • Keep track of the stock levels
  • Evaluate and analyze price differences of materials and keep the ERP system up-to-date with price lists
  • Be the first point of contact for suppliers and colleagues with questions about the correct purchase prices, cost prices, manufacturer codes, material descriptions and category groups

Job requirements

Skills & experience:

  • Proven experience working in an administration role
  • Extensive experience with MS-Office package
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly organised and proactive in attitude
