Role: Technical / IT Project Manager

Contract Type: Permanent & Full-time

Location: Breda, North Brabant (Kinly operate a hybrid working arrangement allowing for a mix of home and office working)

Salary: €4.250 - €5.400 per month dependent on experience, plus company benefits

We now have an exciting opportunity for a proven Project Manager, reporting into the Operations Director/Manager of Projects to be responsible for organising and executing our larger and/or complex projects.

You will be capable of managing several complex project programmes simultaneously and you will work to orchestrate the delivery of goals and deliverables sold to the customer within the agreed timeline, budget, and delivery criteria, and to continuously improve the project management methodology, aligned with new developments in technology and tooling.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project programmes for our major customers or complex projects

  • Analyse problems, requirements, and needs in the research phase and translate them into a project proposal

  • Submit proposals for approval as part of the Binding Quotation process

  • Align the Project Plan with the customer and the steering group/client

  • Identify and document risks and include risk pricing in the project budget

  • Organise the relevant Kick-offs (Work Preparation, Sales Engineer, Detail Design)

  • The Project Plan is executed according to agreed qualitative and quantitative requirements, with timely risk detection and mitigation.

  • Establish the appropriate project team in both quality and quantity

  • Allocate tasks according to the plan and ensures execution

  • Lead meetings and determine agendas

  • Monitor project progress against time, budget, margin erosion

  • Deliver Project, Evaluate & Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Take financial responsibility with Finance and Project Controlling

  • Ensure smooth handover to Services with complete project documentation

  • Collect and analyse all required project information to determine materials, quantities, time, and cost price

  • Manage calculation monitor and perform installation calculations

  • Translate commercial estimates into realistic operational planning (hours & costs)

 

Skills & experience:

  • Proven project management experience, with certifications such as Prince2 Foundation/Practitioner, IPMA, PMP, or Agile Scrum

  • Strong command of Dutch and English, spoken and written is essential

  • Senior-level experience with complex projects and programmes

  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, preferably SAP Business One

  • Able to read technical drawings

  • Strong financial analysis skills

  • Collaborative, organised, quality-focused with a strong customer-focus

  • Desirable, but not essential: high-level knowledge of Unified Communications and AV solutions (not integration-level technical expertise)
