Role: Warehouse & Logistics Operational Planner / Resource Coordinator

Location: Breda, Nord-Brabant

Salary: €3,100 – €3,750 per month, depending on experience, plus company benefits

As a Resource Coordinator (Planner), you are responsible for an accurate and efficient planning process for the Technical Engineers Rental team, as well as for external resources such as freelancers, the vehicle fleet, and various materials. All of this is carried out within the performance targets set for your department.

 

Key Responsibilities

Guidance of Technical Engineers

  • Jointly responsible for managing and supporting all Engineers, including ensuring correct digital planning information.

  • Ensuring all required installation materials—such as tools, personal protective equipment, and climbing gear—are available for the Technical Engineers.

Planning

  • Responsible for an accurate and efficient planning process for Technical Engineers and external resources such as freelancers, the vehicle fleet, transportation, and installation tools.

  • Ensuring sufficient capacity by creating an effective daily schedule for internal and external staff, the vehicle fleet, and required tools.

  • Hiring external Technical Engineers when capacity is insufficient.

  • Arranging hotel stays when necessary.

  • Partly responsible for timely preparation of goods so Technical Engineers can work according to schedule.

Time Registration

  • Responsible for monitoring, recording, and managing the time registration of external resources.

  • Reviewing and approving submitted invoices from external parties.

  • Ensuring correct logging of hours worked by both internal and external staff.

Leadership

  • Deploying capacity in a goal‑oriented way, balancing efficiency and cost savings without compromising quality or quantity.

  • Ensuring the presence and development of the required knowledge level within the team.

  • Safeguarding cohesion and efficiency between the various resource coordinators with department‑specific focus areas.

 

Skills and Experience

  • MBO+ level of education and working/thinking level.

  • Demonstrable experience in a role focused on resource planning and coordination.

  • Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

  • Possession of a VCA‑VOL certificate.

  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and verbal is essential
